Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
Shipping is a flat $15 USD per order, to all destinations we currently ship to.
Delivery estimates
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and other international destinations: 7–15 business days after dispatch
- Pakistan: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays, and peak periods (particularly October) can extend transit times.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active with the carrier.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at support@thewonderjacket.com and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
